Visit NC FairCam to view images from the NC State Fair in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Fair opened on October 17th and ran until October 26, 2007. ProNet Systems provided the WebCam again this year. A Pelco Spectra III high-speed pan, tilt and zoom dome camera was installed on a light pole at the fairgrounds, providing high definition video images of activity at the fair. The camera was connected to a network interface that is accessible to the Department of Agriculture's Web Master via a web browser. The web browser allows remote control of all camera pre-positions, focus and iris control. The network interface also allowed export of streaming video clips and still JPEG images, updated on demand.
